Project implementation at
Sportsdock UEL
The objective of this project is to deliver a real-time, Building Information Modelling (BIM)-compatible application that will iteratively utilise “power quality” data signatures from electrical panel meters in one of UEL’s commercial buildings (the Sports Dock) to deliver real-time insights into the required actions to extend the performance and lifetime of the building’s energy system and the assets it powers, so reducing the overall operational costs and lifetime capital costs through electrical data led asset risk management.
Through this process we will develop an enhanced asset risk assessment and predictive maintenance platform in the form of a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) product that will provide building owners and maintenance and facilities managers with the data to support real-time business case information for asset maintenance and / or improvement.
